REST API rate limits are controlled by IP.

They are not applied per user profile or per API key.

For REST endpoints, we limit requests to 30 requests per second for each IP.

The publication frequency and depth of prices are set by Zodia Markets and are currently set to 4 updates per second for each active subscription.
